Isn’t this just so cute? Such a simple card/tag – it’s about 6” diameter – hard to qualify as a tag at that size, but it doesn’t open, so. . . .

This used Heartfelt Creations Tender Moments collection, some baby roses from their Classic Rose stamp & die set, and the lace is from the Cherry Blossom Retreat. The really dark pink base is generic card stock from my stash.
