This lovely is created using Lemon Craft’s “Forget Me Not” papers, as well as Heartfelt Creations dies from the “Cascading Petals” (the bird & branch) and Hydrangeas from their Cottage Garden Hydrangea collection, as well as he “Fancy Flourish Boarder” die.
As some of you may be aware, one of my favorite Scrapbook paper companies, Heartfelt Creations, will soon be closing its doors. While I am sad about this, I am also a little bit relieved! because now I can feel less guilty for branching out to my NEW favorite companies, all of which seem to be based in Poland! (Odd, I know – and I don’t think I have a drop of Polish blood in me!!)
This lovely paper is from Scrapandme’s Blooming Magnolia. I have used a HFC die or two, for the lacy bits, and the Magnolias. This came together super easy with a 6 x 12 base, folded then Col erred with the decorative paper.
A bit of fussy cutting on the very back, to include more lovely flowers.
I was on a roll with Mini-Albums, so decided to copy my format with Scrapandme’s beautiful “Bright and Soft” papers. These have become my favorite papers, but they are difficult to obtain here in America. I got lucky on Etsy, and found some from someone in England & ordered two packs of four or five different collections, so I’ve got things to play with for a few weeks! (Actually, who are we kidding here? When I die, there will still be scrapbook paper in my crafty space!!)
This is the first collection that I dove in to! So beautiful! I will share some still pictures, but here is a little video!
Actually I don’t think I’ll ever be able to stop using HFC paper and dies, I own so many of their collections, I’ll probably have paper left even when I die.
This first card uses LemonCraft paper, a wooden chippie for the clock (so cute!), and HFC flower dies to make the Hydrangea and Lilies.
This second card comes from Scrapboys, wish I could remember the name of the collection right off, but isn’t that center image just gorgeous!!
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope I’ve inspired you to create something beautiful today!
A lovely card for someone, using Spellbinders dies to make my window frame (cut it out about 4 times, and carefully glue on top of each other, let it dry, and boom! Almost a thin piece of wood!) and Heartfelt Creations Garden Lily paper and dies.
I guess I did throw in a few vellum blossom there, too, didn’t I?
Thanks for stopping by! And I hope I’ve inspired you to create something beautiful today!
These are what looks to be, some of my last Heartfelt Creations projects! 😥. The HFC team announced last month that they will be closing their doors at the end of the year, and presumably, retiring the brand. We have 3 or 4 new collections ahead of us, and then, no more!
Well, I still have several Mother’s Day cards to create, and this weekend, I did SIX! An amazing accomplishment for me, since I have other things to do besides play at the Craft Table, lol!
The first two here include a couple of collections – actually several. The pink includes the photo frame from the 12 x 12 Insta Album, and elements from Feathery Florals, Climbing Clematis, Sweet Peony, and the (retired) Dogwoods.
The light blue one (and the pink too, actually) used the slimline dies – scalloped rectangles, and the elegant Slim Gateway Rectangle, as well as he bird from the Cascading Petals, Sweet Magnolias, and even some fillers from the Festive Holiday collection!
The two below used the Decorative Dragonfly, and let’s just say, an assortment of leftover flowers from several projects – but ALL Heartfelt Creations dies.
And we still have about 10 more cards to go! I’ll get you caught up on my other makes as he days go by – I’ve just been so busy crafting – but not busy snapping pictures.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Go get your craft on!
Isn’t it strange when you realize, oops! Forgot to post those!!
I spend so much time creating, sometimes I forget to photograph, and sometimes I get my photo, but am lazy about sharing!
I like to make 80-100 Mothers Day Cards every year, the above is one of my new favorites – making the Shaker Box was actually pretty easy – especially since all the lines are straight!
I was in a Climbing Clematis mood this day! This one is modeled after one I saw on Heartfelt Creations gallery, done by a lady on their design team.
And last, but not least. . . Tried to add gossamer wings to my butterfly there, by using some vellum, photo doesn’t really do it justice, I’m afraid.
Thanks for stopping by, and I hope I’ve inspired you to create something beautiful today!!
This “cover photo” gives you a tiny glimpse into my little scrapping area. It is all, just a corner of my family room – but everything is also basically within arms reach, as well.
I loved making this card! It has about 5 layers of card-stock on the front, and has a delightfully heavy feel to it.
I used the Garden Lily, and added some small Hydrangeas to tuck in there.
On the inside I stamped an image directly to the card, and had fun water coloring it last night. Just in time for Easter – obviously I don’t have the sentiment (from Creative Expressions) glued in yet – because I can’t decide if it’s for Easter or Mothers Day!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Now get to crafting!!
I scrap-lifted this from the Heartfelt Creations Facebook page, an on-line tutorial by Carrie Giletto. Hers included a pocket for a gift card or money – mine does not – I placed a sentiment there instead.
I made a couple of Wild Roses in light pink, and a couple of lilies in yellow, plus small white blossom tucked in here and there. This slimline die is my favorite!
I used a little flower from the Tender Moments collection to add to the heart on front, and a sentiment from Creative Expressions is tucked inside, on the middle panel.
The large “empty” area has been left blank intentionally, to allow for a more personal message.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Now get to crafting!!
Just a couple of cards to quickly share, using Heartfelt Creations Garden Lily paper Collection.
Additionally, I have utilized one of the newer slimline card dies, and one of the arched gateway dies as well. this first card has my newest sentiment from Creative Expression “On Your Wedding Day” – I’d been looking for it forever!!
The lower card also has a sentiment from the Floral Frames die cuts.
